How soon can we get started?
Usually within a week. After a free 30-minute call we send a clear proposal. For strategy, expect a clear plan within 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you work on retainers or one-off projects?
Both. Ongoing strategy work tends to run best on a monthly retainer, but we're happy to take on one-off projects and launches too.
How do you measure success?
We agree on the numbers before we start. For strategy, that usually means the business goals we agree on together, from revenue to market share. You get a clear report every month.
